Program Name: Northland Christian Day Care Center
Description: They are currently looking for an Assistant Director. The hours are 6:10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., four days a week. They are looking for someone that has a School-Age Program Director certification. They need to work well with children, parents and staff. Be organized, able to be flexible. Needs to be able to get CPR and First aid certification. Knowledge of the CACFP is a plus. Willing to obtain a CDL to transport children to and from school. Description: They are looking for a dependable person to cook nutritious meals for up to 24 children. Must understand measurements and be able to perform simple calculations. Previous experience working in a licensed child care facility preferred, but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older. CACFP (Child and Adult Food Program) knowledge is preferred. Other duties include, but are not limited to: menu development/consultation, grocery shopping and daily interaction with children in the classrooms. Program Name: K-State Center for Child Development
Description: "The K-State Center for Child Development, a nationally accredited early childhood program, is looking for a Parent Services Coordinator to provide orientation and resources to parents and oversee parent involvement activities as well as oversee support to parents (who attend classes at K-State and have their children at the CCD) so they stay in school and obtain a degree. This position is part-time (24 hours/week), flexible hours, all CCD positions are 12-months term. Pay rate: $14.00 per hour.
